Flashy's Polar Bear ("Polar") is a fourth generation Flashy Frenchie from our Izzy X Mr Po litter. He is a fawn merle fluffy french bulldog covered in cream, and carries tan points and pied (No brindle). He is super stocky with a great block head, nice earset, ideal almond shaped eyes, and a beautiful soft and slightly curly long-haired coat.

Flashy's Daffodil is a blue and tan covered in cream french bulldog. She is a thick, stocky, muscular female that is a production from Penny X Groot.

Izzy is a production of Ruby X Stax, a carefully bred pair to ensure we got the best quality long-haired variety possible. She is a thick and stocky fluffy french bulldog.

Oakley is a production of our Ruby X Hannibal litter. She is lilac with tan points french bulldog, is super athletic, a great breather, and full of energy.

Flashy's Teddy is a blue merle who carries tan points with a solid structure and traditional large head coupled with a thick body. He sired multiple litters of gorgeous quality puppies.

Pearl is our retired standard cream female french bulldog who produces consistent and beautifully structured creams and fawns.

Ruby is a retired gorgeous red fawn french bulldog and is a beautiful production from Pearl X Kilo. She has an amazing laid back temperament, gorgeous structure, and excellent health.

Penny is our blue and tan female french bulldog who is a thick-boned muscular girl with amazing structure. Penny is now retired and living the best life with her retirement family.
mako
Mako (like the shark) is a blue french bulldog who carries chocolate. She has had three breedings with Teddy and has produced gorgeous pups. She is on the smaller side and is super affectionate. Mako is now retired.

Stella
Stella is our standard fawn female french bulldog who is one of the best trained dogs we have ever had. She has an international pedigree as well as AKC and has provided our program with a superb breathing structure, spine, and zero allergy issues. She is now retired and living the easy life with the rest of our pack.
Health Testing
GENETIC TESTING
Our genetic health and color testing is conducted with Animal Genetics (www.animalgenetics.com), a highly reputable animal genetic testing company.
Genetic Health Testing
A five-panel test is conducted for our french bulldogs, which tests for:
- Canine Multifocal Retinopathy 1 (CMR1)
- Degenerative Myelopathy (DM)
- Juvenile Hereditary Cataract (JHC)
- Hyperuricosuria (HUU)
- Cystinuria (CY)
If a puppy is determined to have one of these conditions, the puppy will be sold as pet only with a spay/neuter contract so that it can not be used for future breeding.
If a puppy you are buying is determined to simply be a carrier of one of these, that information will always be disclosed before purchase. This does not mean they have the disease, but would be a carrier - which means that careful and selective breeding is recommended should they be used for future breeding.
Genetic Color Testing
A full genetic color test is conducted on most puppies so that you know what colors the puppy carries in case you want to breed it in the future and be more selective about the colors potentially produced in offspring. It is possible that your puppy can produce a variety of colors and color patterns in his/her offspring, which can vary greatly from the color of your dog. This type of testing lets you know what genes he/she carries and is able to possibly produce when paired with the right mate. Colors and color patterns typically included in this test include:

- aw (Wild Sable Allele)
- at (Black-and-Tan/Tricolor Allele)
- a (Recessive Solid Black Allele)
- A Locus Panel
- B Locus (Brown, Chocolate)

We are in-home french bulldog breeders based in central Texas. Our french bulldog puppies are bred for health, temperament, and quality. Our puppies come with health guarantees and are raised in-home with mom and dad on site. They are surrounded by other pets and children, so they fit perfectly into many types of family environments.

What does it mean for a breeder to be a "Bred with HEART" AKC Breeder?
HEALTH
Certifying that their breeding stock is health tested in accordance with the recommendations of their breed’s National Breed Club.
EDUCATION
Promising that they will pursue AKC provided or AKC approved continuing breeder education so that they stay educated on the best breeding practices, including advances in canine health.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Agreeing to comply with the AKC Care and Conditions Policy, including inspections by the AKC, and promising to share with AKC health testing and continuing education documentation.
RESPONSIBILITY
Accepting responsibility for the health and well-being of the puppies they produce and for complying with all laws regarding the ownership and maintenance of dogs.
